While attending NC State she accepted the call to minister. Her first message was entitled "Going Through to Get To" and it was preached at the United Student Fellowship on the campus of NC State in the Spring of 1992. This opportunity allowed her to grow spiritually and to flourish as a Minister of the Gospel.
Also, while working actively with the New Horizons Choir at NC State she met her husband, Milton Coley of Rocky Mount, North Carolina. In October of 1995 she and Milton were united in Holy Matrimony and they have been married for over 25 years. As Angela prayed and sought the Lord more she was lead to become a member of the Community Christian Fellowship Center under the leadership of Elder Collins L. Kornegay. She joined CCFC in June of 1992 and she became very active in ministry. In September of 1996 Angela was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel and as a Minister of Music. During the summer of 2003 Milton and Angela were ordained as Elders.
In August of 2011 she and her husband partnered with Kingdom Family International Church in Wake Forest, NC. They love their new found home and are expecting God to do wonderful things as they walk in their destiny in the Kingdom.
Proverbs 3:6, which states, "In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He will direct thy path." Although she has traveled quite a way on her journey, she knows that it is not over and that God truly has great things in store for her.
